Question Solution XenForo XenForo Paid Membership System Not Activating Automatically

Hello,
I’m having an issue — previously, VIP and Gold memberships were being activated automatically after payment.
However, since I updated the site in 2023, the system has stopped working properly.
Currently, when a payment is made, the memberships are not being activated automatically.

What could be the reason for this?
I contacted PayTR, but they weren’t able to provide a clear solution either.

It might be a callback connection issue.
In your PayTR settings, please check if the return (callback) URL is correct.

The callback link should be set to:
siteaddress.com/payment_callback.php?_xfProvider=paytr

If this link is incorrect or unreachable, automatic membership activation will fail after payment.
