In some cases, restarting the system temporarily resolves the issue, but the error returns when heavy write activity resumes.Although the problem is more commonly reported on SSDs with Phison controllers, similar issues have been noted on Samsung and some other manufacturers’ controllers as well. Phison has announced that they are investigating the issue and working on a fix.
Steps to Remove the Faulty Windows 11 Update
