🌐 cPanel DNS Record Management – Add or Edit DNS Records
For your website to function properly, DNS records must be configured correctly.Adding or editing DNS records for a domain via cPanel is a simple and fast process.

➕ Step 1: Adding a New DNS Record
Accessing via cPanel:- Log in to cPanel (
https://serverip:2083). - Navigate to the "Zone Editor" section.
- Click the "Manage" button next to the domain you wish to modify.
To add a new DNS record:
- Click the "Add Record" button in the top-right corner of the Manage section.
- Select the record type you wish to create (A, CNAME, TXT, MX, etc.).
- Fill in the required fields:
- Name: Domain or subdomain (e.g.,
www,mail,api). - TTL: Time to Live (you can leave it as default).
- Record Data: IP address, domain name, or target information.

To modify an existing DNS record:- Find the record you wish to edit in the list.
- Click the "Edit" button next to it.

You can remove outdated or unnecessary DNS records by clicking the "Delete" button in the same list.However, make sure to take a backup before deleting any critical records.
